Howard has a natural 34G sized bust and appears regularly on Page Three and in lads mags like Maxim, Zoo Weekly and Loaded.[1]

Howard was voted 73rd in the UK edition of FHM's 100 Sexiest Women 2005 and in August 2005 she was voted number 1 in Loaded Magazine's "Most Beautiful Breasts" poll. She has recently risen to 68th in the UK edition of FHM's 100 Sexiest Women 2006.

Early career
After finishing school, Sophie went to university and studied English Language and Creative Writing, later swapping to Marketing Information Systems. During this year she shot with Loaded in their "Almost Famous" and "Sauna Babes" sections. During this time she signed to IMM modelling agency.

Daily Star
Howard's popularity took off after she became associated with Jeany Savage, a glamour photographer with The Daily Star, who brought her in for a Page 3 shoot. She continued shooting nearly every week for the Star for approximately a year, after which she signed a contract with Loaded which lasted 2 years. She had her own section called Sophie's Choice, and a relationship advice column.

Howard has often been photographed with other big-bust models like Lucy Pinder and Michelle Marsh.
